Pursuing Education

Pursuing Education is based out of Vpo.Badhrana which is in the Bawal tehsil area. Being in Rewari district of Haryana means we are surrounded by a lot of open land and it’s usually much quieter here than in the big cities. The building we use is simple and functional for what we need. We spend our days mostly dealing with paperwork and helping people figure out their schooling or courses. There are a few tables and benches where students can sit and talk to us. In the winter it gets really cold so we usually have a small heater running near the main desk. The walls are mostly bare except for some notices we’ve taped up over time. We get people coming in from the nearby villages quite often. Sometimes they arrive on tractors or bikes and the dust follows them inside. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local area well. Most of the work involves filling out forms and checking details in the big registers we keep on the shelves. It’s a very local operation and everyone knows where the office is if they need help with their studies. We usually close up before it gets too dark because the roads around Badhrana aren’t great for night travel. It is a honest place where we just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive through the week. There is no corporate polish here, just people doing their jobs.
