You can find M/S Ritika Eng Pvt Ltd over at Plot No-142, Sector-A, Zone-A in Mie. It’s a typical industrial plot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We’ve got a big metal door that’s usually rolled up to let some air in, though it doesn't help much when the sun is beating down on the roof. Inside, it’s mostly engineering work. We have different sections for different tasks, but it all sort of blends together after a while. There’s always the smell of grease and the sound of someone using a grinder nearby. We aren’t really the type to have big fancy offices. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and old coffee mugs. We’ve got a small team, and most of us have been working together for years, so we don't have to say much to know what needs doing. The Mie area is always busy with trucks and workers, so there’s a lot of energy around, even if it’s just the energy of people trying to finish their shifts. We handle various engineering jobs, some big and some small, and we just take them as they come. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait around, which is just part of being in this sector. We don’t make a big deal out of things. We just do the engineering work and go home when the job is done.
