Bgnm Construction Private Limited is based out of House No. 523 in Village Nangal Sirohi. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but there is always something happening around here in Mahendragarh. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done locally and we knew the area well. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet with the guys before they head out to the sites. We deal with a lot of local laborers and suppliers we’ve known for years. It’s not like those big firms in Delhi. We spend most of our time out in the sun or checking on the concrete pours. Sometimes the weather gets really rough, especially the heat in May, and everything slows down. We don't use big words or have a glossy brochure. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. My cousin helps with the books and I handle the site visits mostly. You can usually find us here in the mornings before the sun gets too high or late in the evening when the trucks come back. The roads around here can be tricky for the heavy machinery, so we spend a lot of time planning the routes. It’s hard work and your boots are always muddy, but it's what we do. We’ve been at this address for a bit and everyone in the village knows where to find us.
