3G Metal Corp. is situated at Plot No. 84 in Sector-3 of the Hsidc area in Bawal. If you know Bawal, you know it’s mostly just rows of industrial plots and large warehouses. We’ve been at Plot 84 for a while now. The building is just a functional space made of concrete and metal, designed to get the work done. There isn't much in the way of decoration or comfort here. We have our equipment and our materials, and that's about it. Sector-3 is pretty quiet compared to some of the other industrial zones, but there are still plenty of trucks moving around during the day. We usually start our shift early to beat the sun, because the metal building can get really warm by noon. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the metal work that comes our way. Most of us live nearby and commute in every morning. We know the security guards at the Hsidc gates and the guys who run the local food stalls. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to do a good job on the tasks we have in front of us. If you’re looking for a flashy corporate office, this isn't it. But if you want to see people actually working, this is the place. We just stay focused.
