You can find us at Chhawani Chowk on Nandini Road here in Bhilai. It’s a very well-known intersection, so it’s usually pretty easy to give people directions on how to get to us. The hospital has been sitting on this corner for a long time. There is always a lot of traffic and noise passing by outside on the main road, but inside we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. We have different sections set up for different types of health problems. People come in from the nearby residential areas and also from the industrial parts of Bhilai further out. It gets quite dusty outside because of all the road traffic, but we make sure the floors inside are scrubbed every morning. Our waiting area has some old wooden benches where people sit and wait for their turn to see the doctor. It’s not a very fancy setup, just the basic essentials you need to take care of patients properly. The staff here knows the daily routine very well. We see a lot of people every day, from little kids with scraped knees to older folks who just need their regular medicine refilled. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people in Bhilai know where we are and what we do. It’s an honest place where we work hard to help folks get back on their feet. Some days are busier than others.
