Karishma Organic

Karishma Organic is our little spot over in Baronda Bazar. We focus on getting things that are grown naturally and don't have all those chemicals in them. It started because we wanted better stuff for our own families and then it just grew into a shop. The bazar is a lively place to be, and we like the spot we have here. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and checking the bags when they come in. Everything is pretty straightforward. You won't find any shiny displays or big lights here, just rows of items that we think are worth having. We get a lot of questions about how things are grown, and we try to answer based on what we know from the farmers. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the sacks, but we keep it tidy enough. Most of our day is spent weighing things out or helping people find a specific grain or oil they need. It’s quiet in the mornings before the crowd starts coming into the market area. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned what the local families are looking for. It’s just honest work, really. We stay open until the sun goes down and the bazar starts to quiet down again. It's nothing fancy, just a shop for people who care about what they're putting on their table every single day.
