Out here in Mustafabad, things move at their own pace. Our hospital is located right in the middle of the area, and we serve the families that live in the surrounding streets. It’s not a high-tech facility with glowing lights; it’s just a regular building where we provide medical care. The days start early here. By the time the sun is up, there is usually someone waiting at the door. Our reception area is small and the desk is cluttered with files and pens, just like any other local office. We don't have a marketing department to tell people how great we are. We just do the work. The nurses are local women who have been with us for years, and they know how to handle the busy spells when everyone seems to get sick at once. Mustafabad is a place where people talk to each other, so if someone has a good experience, their neighbors hear about it. That is how we have stayed open all this time. The hallways can be a bit narrow and the lighting is just standard overhead tubes, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to patients and trying to figure out what’s wrong. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of writing things down on clipboards. It’s just an honest, local hospital for the people nearby. We don't try to be anything else, just a reliable place for health.
