Bolbam Iron Store

We have been here in Mujuri for quite a few years now. The shop is mostly just stacks of iron rods and sheets everywhere you look. It gets pretty dusty, especially when the big trucks come in to unload new stock. I usually open up pretty early in the morning because that is when most of the local builders like to stop by before they head out to their sites for the day. It is just me and a couple of other guys helping with the heavy lifting and the loading. We don’t have any fancy office or air conditioning or anything like that. Just an old desk in the corner where I keep the books and take the orders. Sometimes people come in asking for some specific part we don't have, and I try my best to tell them where else to look in town. The weather around here makes the metal really hot in the summer and freezing in the winter, so we just deal with it as it comes. It's hard work, moving all that weight around all day long. My hands are usually stained with orange rust by the time lunchtime rolls around. People around here know us as the place near the main road where you can find what you need for a basic house frame. We don't do much advertising or anything online. Most folks just see the sign or hear about us from a neighbor who bought something here before. It stays busy enough to keep us on our feet.
