Birla Corporation

Out here in Kundanganj Village, things move at their own pace. We are part of the Birla Corporation setup located in Bachharawan Tehsil, within the Rae Bareli District. Our place is tucked away near the Railway Station Road, which is handy for the transport side of things. It’s a rural area, so we are surrounded by fields and the sound of the trains passing by. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time. It's not a polished city office. It’s a workplace where things actually happen. The dust from the road and the nearby station is just part of the daily life here. We see the same faces often, people from the village and the surrounding district. We focus on the daily tasks at hand. There's plenty to do with the logistics and the materials we handle. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the road gets crowded, but we just keep going. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lot of slogans or fancy mission statements written on the walls. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Being near the station means we are always aware of the time. It’s a local operation in a quiet part of Rae Bareli, just doing what needs to be done. We stay busy with the railway shipments and the local requirements that come our way every single week. There's nothing complicated about how we run things out here in the village.
