Bansdev Infratech LLP is based out of Shastri Nagar. Specifically, we are over at Khasara No 338 in Ward No 19. It’s a quiet enough part of town compared to the main markets. We do work involving infrastructure and building stuff. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and getting materials to the site on time. Some days are better than others. We don't spend much time worrying about looking important. Our office is just a place to keep the paperwork and meet people who need things built. We've been in Shastri Nagar for a bit now. You get to know the neighbors and the local shops after a while. Most of what we do is just practical work. We look at plans, figure out how much sand and cement we need, and go from there. It’s messy work but someone has to do it. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the projects get finished eventually. We focus on the local area mostly. If there is a problem at a site, we just go and fix it. That's the way we've always handled things. No big speeches about values or anything. We just want to finish the job and move to the next one. It keeps us busy and that is fine by us. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up when we are out on the sites too much, but we catch up on the weekends. It’s just how it goes here.
