Asg Shiram India Nidhi Limited

We are over in Siswa Bazar, right in the Siswa Buzurg area. It is Maharajganj, for those who don't know the exact spot. We are a Nidhi company, so we mostly focus on things like savings and small loans for the people who live around here. It’s not a big corporate office with fancy glass doors. We just have a simple room where we keep our ledgers and talk to folks. People come by when they are done with their shopping at the market. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded on those days, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest bank in India. We just want to help our neighbors keep their money safe and maybe help them out when they need a little extra for a family event or some farm work. The 273163 area has been our home for a while. We don't have any big advertisements on the radio or in the newspapers. Most people hear about us from a friend or a cousin. We keep things honest and very basic. No hidden charges or weird terms that nobody can understand. It’s just us, sitting at the desk, doing the paperwork. Sometimes the tea is good, sometimes it’s just okay. We’ve seen the seasons change here in Maharajganj and we plan on being here for a long time. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people.
