R. K. Bhagat & Co.

Our place is located in Village Parsa, which is part of the Mahagama area. It’s a quiet spot away from the big cities. At R. K. Bhagat & Co., we don't do anything very complicated. We mostly handle things that the local farmers and villagers need for their daily lives. It might be some supplies for their fields or general items that are hard to find around here. The office is small and filled with ledgers and stacks of paper. We don't use computers for everything because the electricity can be a bit unreliable in this part of the country. People just walk in, sit for a bit, talk about the weather or the crops, and then get what they came for. We’ve been here for years and everyone in the village knows us. It’s a very informal way of doing business. My cousins help out during the busy seasons. We don't have a big staff or a HR department. If someone is sick, we just work a bit harder that day. Sometimes the roads get muddy during the rains and it’s hard for the supply trucks to reach us in Parsa. We just have to wait it out and keep going with what we have. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We just try to keep the shelves stocked with the basics. No one here cares about big branding or corporate talk. We focus on the day.
