Swarupa Industries

Being located at Plot No. 10 in the Tsiic area of Jedcharla means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. Swarupa Industries is right in the middle of all that Mahabubnagar activity. The air always has a bit of a metallic smell and there is a lot of dust from the trucks passing by. Our building is a basic industrial structure with high ceilings and a lot of concrete. It is not the kind of place where you would find comfortable chairs or fancy decorations. We have a small office tucked in the corner with a few plastic chairs for visitors. The workers arrive early on their cycles, and the machines start humming shortly after. It is a lot of hard work and physical labor every single day. I usually spend my time walking between the machines and checking on the supplies. We have some old ledgers for keeping track of what comes in and what goes out. The heat in Jedcharla can be really tough in May, but we just keep the industrial fans going and keep moving. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working together to get the orders filled. It is a noisy, busy place where things are constantly being moved around. We do not do anything fancy for promotion. The work we do speaks for itself when people see what we have produced at the end of the shift.
