Our office is located over near the Bhagath Singh Statue in Town-II. The area is officially called SS-II, and we are in unit 13. It is a well-known spot because of the 40 houses nearby. Everyone just calls it the 40 houses area. We have been operating out of this Mahabubnagar office for some time now. It isn't a large office, just enough space for us to sit and handle the chit fund business. If you are walking from the statue, it is just a short walk. We spend most of our days dealing with the local members and sorting out the auction papers. It is a lot of manual work, checking books and keeping the registers updated. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone shows up at once, but we like it that way. It feels like a proper local business. The weather in Telangana means we usually have the door open for a breeze. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a couple of us working here. Most people find us through word of mouth from their neighbors. It is a simple setup. We focus on the daily tasks. If you need to find us, just look for SS-II 13 near the statue. We are usually here during the regular hours. It is a basic place, but it works for what we need to do. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while now.
