Sinclaire Infratech Limited

Sinclaire Infratech Limited is out in Appanapally village, right along the Hyderabad Road. It’s a bit away from the main city, which gives us more room to operate. We work on infrastructure projects, so we have a lot of heavy equipment and materials coming through here. The yard is usually full of gravel, pipes, and trucks waiting to be loaded. It’s a dusty place, especially when the wind picks up off the road. We have a small office building on the site where the administrative stuff happens. It’s nothing special, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time coordinating with site managers and making sure supplies get where they need to go. Working out here means we see a lot of the local traffic passing by on the way to Hyderabad. The weather out here can be tough, but we just keep at it. We aren't a corporate office with suits and ties; most of us are in work boots and practical clothes. We just do the grit and grime work of infrastructure. It’s not a fast-paced environment in the office, but the yard is always moving. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and keeping the machines running. It’s a bit of a drive from Hyderabad, so we usually bring our own lunch and stay for the whole day. Sometimes it feels like we are in the middle of nowhere, but we just keep plugging away.
