Our office for Pavan Mitra Chit Funds Private Limited is located right near the Yerrasatyam Circle in Mahabubnagar. Specifically, we are at H No. 1-6-62 in the Subash Nagar area, along the Railway Station Road. It is a very busy spot because of the trains, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets where we keep all the records for the chits. It’s a small operation with just a few of us working here every day. We spend most of our time answering the phone and talking to people who walk in to pay their monthly dues. The 509001 area is where we do all our business. We don't have any big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. Most people find us just because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded during the auction days, and we have to bring in extra stools for everyone to sit down. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but it’s a lot of manual entry. The walls have some old calendars on them and the tea boy comes by a few times a day. It’s just a normal, everyday kind of place where we do our work without much fuss or any corporate style.
