Our office is located at House No: 3/7 in Karkonda, which is part of the Nawabpet area. It’s a quiet spot, tucked away from the main noise of the bigger streets. We started Anand Real Estate Agents because we saw a lot of people in the neighborhood struggling to find the right paperwork or knowing which houses were actually for sale. Being in a house rather than a big glass building makes people feel more comfortable, I think. We usually have a few neighbors stopping by just to chat or ask about land prices in the local area. The rooms are basic, just enough space for us to sit down and explain things clearly. Nawabpet is changing quite a bit lately, with new structures going up every few months. We spend a lot of time walking around Karkonda to see what’s new so we can give people plain answers when they ask. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit out on the porch and talk there. It’s a small operation, mostly just us handling everything from start to finish. We don't use any complicated software, just a lot of notebooks and a decent memory for who owns what. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for the people around here. We like being part of the community and helping out where we can. The gate out front squeaks a little when it opens, but we haven't gotten around to oiling it yet. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer because the days can get long.
