Saroja Milk Supply

We are over at number 88 in Utharathanda, which is part of Vemnoor. Saroja Milk Supply has been the daily routine for us for a long time now. The day starts really early, usually while everyone else is still sleeping. We have to handle the milk cans and make sure everything is kept cold and clean. There’s a lot of rinsing out containers and checking the seals. It’s not a fancy business with big offices; it’s mostly just us, the milk, and the delivery route. We move around Vemnoor quite a bit, making sure the local families get what they need for their morning tea or coffee. The sound of the metal cans clinking together is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Utharathanda is a quiet enough place, but our yard gets busy when the supplies come in. We don't have a big team of workers, just a few of us who know the ropes. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the roads get muddy, but the milk still has to go out. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork, most of the work is done with our hands. It's a practical job that keeps us busy from the crack of dawn. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the work done every single morning without much fuss. That is basically all there is to our daily life here.
