We are located at 3-19-56 on the road that goes from Mahabubabad To Kesamudram. Bhagyalaxmi Iron & Cement Sydicate is a place where we deal with heavy construction materials. The iron rods are probably the hardest part of the job because they are long and difficult to move without help. We also have stacks of cement that reach almost to the ceiling. This road is a major route so there is a lot of dust that blows in from the heavy vehicles passing by. I spend a lot of my day outside in the yard or just inside the main doorway. It gets very hot during the summer months and the metal items can get almost too warm to touch. We have a simple way of doing things here. We don't use any fancy software to track our sales, just a big notebook and some pencils. The people who come here are usually builders or people fixing up their own houses in the area. We have a water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use when the sun is high. Mahabubabad is a good place to be, and the road to Kesamudram keeps us connected to the surrounding villages. We just focus on getting the materials loaded onto the trucks and making sure the counts are right. It is a plain, hardworking environment and we like it that way. Most evenings we stay open until the last truck is gone.
