Anasuri Milk Supply

Our place is at number 72 in Uthara Thanda, over in Vemnoor. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, and our days start really early, usually well before the sun is up. That’s just the way it is with milk. We have to get everything ready for the morning deliveries. The air is cool then and it’s the best time to work. We’ve been supplying the local area for quite some time now. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we know who needs what every day. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. There’s a lot of cleaning and making sure the cans are ready. We don’t have a big fancy office; we just work from our spot here in the thanda. Sometimes the weather makes the roads a bit difficult, especially when it rains, but the milk still has to get to where it’s going. We take pride in the fact that people count on us for their morning tea or coffee. It’s a simple life, focused on the routine of the animals and the needs of the customers. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from dawn. Even when we’re tired, we know that tomorrow starts early again, and we’re okay with that because it’s what we’ve always done.
