Vijaya Bheri Agro

The industrial park here in Paleem is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it at Plot No 23. Vijaya Bheri Agro is where we spend most of our waking hours. If you come out to Bijinapally, you’ll see the big TSIIC sign and that's how you know you’re close. It’s a lot of space out here in the Mahabubnagar district, which is good for what we do. The air usually smells like the stuff we're processing, and there’s always a tractor or a lorry rumbling nearby. We started this because we wanted to be close to the farms and the people growing things. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather makes things difficult for the transport guys. We just deal with it as it comes. Inside the gates, it’s mostly just us keeping an eye on the equipment and making sure the bags are stacked right. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old tools hanging up. We have our tea breaks outside when it isn't too hot. It feels good to be working in Telangana, helping out with the agro side of things. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see how the season is going. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent operation out here in the park every day.
