We don’t have a fancy office building. It’s just our home at 7-83/1 where we do our business. Things are pretty laid back here. We don’t rush unless we have to. Most of the people we work with are our neighbors or people from nearby villages in Koilkonda Mandal. We don’t use any corporate talk. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Saroja Malla is a name that people trust around here. We don't do any big promotions. We just do the work and people seem happy with that. Some days we have a lot to do and the house is full of activity. Other days it’s just us. We like the balance. It’s a practical way to live. We don't have a big mission or anything.
