Parvathamma

Parvathamma is the name we go by here on Ramayalayam Street in Lingal. Our place is at H. No 5-109. Being in a small village like this, everyone knows everyone else. Our house and the work we do are kind of the same thing. We do not have any big signs or fancy lights. It is just us doing our daily tasks and helping out the people who live nearby. Most of the day is spent handling local things, whether it is supplies or just small chores. The temple is just down the street, so it gets very crowded during the festivals. We see a lot of neighbors walking by and they often stop to talk for a bit. It is a slower pace of life in Lingal compared to what you see in the cities, and we like it that way. We do not use computers or modern gadgets much, mostly just keeping track of things in our notebooks. The sun comes up, we open the door, and the day starts. We deal with whatever comes our way. Sometimes the day is very busy and other times it is quiet. We have lived at this address for a long time and it is home to us. We do not have any big speeches to give about ourselves. We just try to be helpful and keep the place running as best as we can.
