Niranjan Enterprises

Niranjan Enterprises is located in Kotra, over in the Veldanda area of Mahabubnagar. The business is run by the son of Kishtaiah, and we’ve kept it as a family-style operation. Being in Telangana, we get some pretty hot weather, so the shop is built to stay as cool as possible. It’s a very local affair here. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by their first name. We don't have any polished marketing brochures or a website that we update. Most people just know to come to us when they need something specific. The office is just a simple table with a calculator and some pens. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch area when things are quiet, just watching the traffic go by on the road. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We get the work done at a steady pace and don't try to rush things if they don't need to be rushed. Sometimes the local farmers stop by just to chat for a bit. We enjoy being part of the community in Mahabubnagar. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it right then and there. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We keep our records in a ledger and make sure the bills are paid. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
