Down in Teegalapalli village, you will find our facility at Syno. 14 and the other plots listed in the address. It’s a bit out of the way in the Nawabpeta Mandal, but that suits us just fine. We are in the pharma business, which means a lot of checking and re-checking things all day long. The building is surrounded by fields, so it’s actually quite quiet compared to the factories in Mahabubnagar town. We have a good number of local people coming in for work every day. Most of us wear white coats, but we still feel like regular villagers underneath it all. The labs are kept very clean, though the dirt roads outside get messy when it rains. We produce different things that go out to pharmacies all over the region. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure the batches come out right every single time. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment needs to get out, and we all share snacks in the break area. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady work for the community here. We don't talk much about things being fancy, we just follow the rules and make sure the medicine is made the way it should be. It’s been a few years now and we're still just doing our thing in Teegalapalli.
