Karuna Paper Products

Karuna Paper Products is tucked away in Mahalaxmi Towers. Specifically, we are at 10-34/8/507. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. Marlu is a decent area to work in, though it gets crowded during the peak hours. We spend our days surrounded by stacks of paper and cardboard. There’s always the sound of cutting or folding going on in the background. It’s not a quiet office environment. We make all sorts of paper items that people use every day without thinking twice about it. The space is filled with the smell of fresh paper and sometimes glue. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows the routine by heart. We don’t go for anything fancy. The desks are cluttered with samples and off-cuts. We keep things moving because that’s the only way to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes the delivery guys struggle to find the right floor in the tower, so we spend time giving directions over the phone. It’s a small operation, really. Just a bunch of people trying to do a good job with what we have. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a schedule to keep and customers who expect their paper goods on time. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. We like the view from the window when the sun starts going down.
