Balla Laxmamma

House 3-89 in Ujjelli is where I, Balla Laxmamma, spend most of my time. Maganoor is a decent place to live and work. I have been here a long time, so I know almost everyone on this street. The house isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. I usually get up before the sun to start the day's work. It might be cleaning or preparing things for the week. My neighbors are good people and we look out for each other. Sometimes the village gets a bit loud when there is a festival, but mostly it is quiet. I don't have a big staff or fancy equipment. It is just me and some help from the family now and then. We handle things as they come. I don’t think much about the future or big plans. I just try to make sure today goes okay. The walls of the house could use some fresh paint, but it works for now. It feels like a real home. We have a small yard where we keep a few things. You won't find us on any big maps or lists. We are just a local spot in the village. People come by when they have a reason to. I try to keep things simple and honest. Life in Ujjelli is straightforward, and that is how I like it. We have a few trees out back that give some good shade.
