Administrator Pro Bde

This is where the administration for the school happens. We are located at Sri Balaji Kg High School in Kodangal, which is in the Mahabubnagar district of Andhra Pradesh. The office is associated with Smt Anasuya and we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for the school. Being in a school environment means there is always a lot of energy around, especially with the kids. We deal with student admissions, teacher schedules, and all the various bits of paper that a school generates. Kodangal is a bit of a distance from the big cities, so we have to be quite self-reliant out here. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a room with some old cupboards and a few desks. We don't have fancy software to do everything; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way because it works for us. We've been part of this community for quite a while. Most of the people around here know who we are. We don't have a big mission statement or a polished marketing plan. We just want to make sure the school runs smoothly every day. It’s a lot of work, especially when the new term starts. We spend our mornings sorting out files and our afternoons dealing with whatever issues pop up. It’s just a normal, busy school office that stays open as long as it needs to for the families here.
