Aaradhya Industries

I have been working out of Shed No. D15 in the Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Most of my mornings start with the heavy metal door sliding open and the smell of old grease hitting me. It is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of machines humming or someone hammering something in the next shed over. The roof is made of corrugated metal, so it gets really hot in the middle of the day. I usually have a fan going, but it mostly just moves the warm air around. My desk is tucked in a corner and it is covered in sketches and old tea stains. I do not have a big team or a fancy office. It is just a practical space for getting the work done. People come by the estate looking for all sorts of help, and they eventually find their way to D15. We spend a lot of time just fixing things that went wrong or trying to figure out a better way to put a part together. The floor is stained with oil and there are metal shavings in the cracks of the concrete. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where the real work happens. Sometimes the power goes out and we all just stand outside and talk for a bit. It is a simple life in the shed. I do not see myself moving anywhere else anytime soon.
