The Nilgiri Dairy Farm Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for years. Our day starts much earlier than most people’s, usually while it is still dark outside. The milk trucks arrive, and we have to get everything sorted before the sun comes up. It is a lot of heavy lifting and cold storage work. The building itself is a bit old and shows its age, but it does what we need it to do. We don't have a fancy storefront or anything like that. It is mostly just a lot of crates, stainless steel tanks, and the smell of fresh dairy. Sometimes the police from next door come by for a chat, which keeps things interesting.
