Vrl Logistics

Out here in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, we run the Vrl Logistics office. It’s a busy place, especially being in an area where so many people are moving through. We deal with a lot of different languages here, mostly because of all the different drivers and clients coming from all over. We just try to understand each other and get the cargo moving. The office itself is pretty basic, we don't need much more than some chairs and our ledgers. It gets hot in Madurai, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. We don't spend money on fancy things we don't need. Our main focus is just the transport business. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out, and we have to keep track of every single one. It’s a lot of writing things down and making sure the numbers match up. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't go around telling people we're the best or anything like that. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. If a shipment is going to be late because of the rain or a breakdown, we just tell it like it is. No point in making excuses. We just work hard, drink our coffee, and try to make sure the next day goes a little better than the last one. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in 625018.
