We’ve been working out of Boy Compound in Madurai for a good while now. It’s a busy spot here in M.M. Old Colony, and things keep us moving most days. Being based at 74/82 means we’re right in the middle of everything. We handle property promotion and building work, though it’s mostly about making sure things get done right the first time. Sometimes the heat in Madurai gets a bit much, but the crew stays busy with the projects on hand. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It’s more about the actual work on the ground. People come by the office to talk about land or houses they’re looking at. We try to keep it straightforward. There's always a lot of paperwork with these things, which isn't the fun part, but it’s necessary. We see a lot of familiar faces around here since we’ve stayed in the same spot for so long. It’s just us doing what we do. The office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and files, but we know where everything is. If you’re around the 625 003 area, you’ve probably passed our sign. We just focus on the next job and making sure the sites are running like they should. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just local folks trying to keep the business going steady through the year.
