Vasantham Travels

If you walk down North Avani Moola Street, you will find Vasantham Travels at No 23-A. This part of Madurai City is always full of life, especially with the temple so close by. You can hear the bells and see the crowds of people almost every hour of the day. Our office is a simple place. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up where we can see them. It is not a quiet office. Between the street noise and the people stopping in to ask for directions, there is always something going on. We have been here at this address for quite some time now. We don't go in for fancy renovations. The floor is tile, and the ceiling fan wobbles a bit if you turn it up too high. We spend our days talking to people who want to see the sights or need a ride to the station. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the shortcuts around the temple and which streets are blocked off for festivals. That kind of local knowledge is just part of living and working here. We don't put on any acts. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help that day. It is a basic setup for a busy street where everyone is always on the move.
