You can find us at the Kochadai Building, specifically at No. 6. It’s an older building, but it suits what we do just fine. Working with rubber means there is always a certain smell in the air, something heavy and industrial that you just get used to after a couple of days. We spend a lot of our time looking at samples and making sure the molds are coming out the way they should. It’s a lot of heat and pressure in the back rooms where the actual work happens. Out front in the office, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We are always moving boxes or checking shipping labels to make sure the parts are going to the right factories. Kochadai is a busy area, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. We don’t go in for fancy decorations; the walls are mostly covered in production schedules and safety notices. It’s a practical place for practical work. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know the routine like the back of our hands. We just keep our heads down and make sure the rubber products we’re sending out are up to the mark. It’s a long day, but there’s a good feeling in seeing the trucks loaded up and ready to go.
