Down at No. 4B Seenivasa Nagar 5Th St in Tirunagar, you will find the small office where we run Jani Tourism. It isn’t a very big place, just enough room for a few chairs and some desks piled with maps and papers. Most days, the phone doesn't stop ringing with people asking about bus timings or car rentals. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles trying to coordinate with drivers or checking if the roads are clear for trips. It gets a bit hectic when several people walk in at once wanting to book something for the weekend. The fan in the corner hums all day, and there is usually a stack of old magazines on the table for anyone waiting. We’ve been in this part of Tirunagar for a while, so we know the local routes pretty well. Sometimes a driver shows up late, or a tire goes flat, and we have to scramble to fix the plan, but that is just how this business works. It’s mostly about making sure people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't do anything flashy here. We just sit, talk to customers, and try to keep the vehicles moving. It’s a plain office for a plain job, and we like it that way because it keeps things straightforward for us. We often stay a bit later on Friday nights to make sure the weekend tours are all set.
