Thaihomeo Hospital

This hospital is run by Dr. M. Vivekanandan, and we have been operating for quite some time now. We don't have a big, fancy building with glass walls, but we have what we need to take care of the people who come to see us. It’s a more personal kind of place because the doctor is involved in almost everything that happens here. We have a small team of staff who handle the day-to-day chores, like cleaning, filing, and talking to the people who walk through the door. It can get pretty busy, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, especially in the mornings when everyone wants an appointment at the same time. We don't use any of those big marketing strategies you see online. Most of our visitors come because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor or a family member who was here before. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, even when we’re busy, because we try not to let things get too stressful. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure everyone gets seen and that the paperwork is finished before we head home. It’s just a normal, hardworking environment where we all know our jobs and get on with them. We take pride in the fact that we’ve been part of this community for a while, and we just keep things simple and honest. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to keep the clinic running.
