We are situated at 912 Cumbum Road. It is one of the main stretches of road here, so it’s pretty easy to spot us if you’re driving through the area. The building is just a simple structure, nothing that really stands out from the other shops and businesses along the road. We spend a lot of our time just managing the flow of people coming in from the surrounding areas. The road outside can get quite dusty and noisy with all the trucks and buses passing by, but we keep the doors shut to keep it a bit quieter inside. It’s a modest setup, just a few rooms where we do our consultations. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that, just enough space for a few people to sit and wait their turn. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so we all know how things run. We don’t bother with fancy flyers or big signs. People around here know us, and they just walk in when they need something. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping the records in order and making sure the place is tidy at the end of every day. We just try to keep things straightforward and honest for everyone. It’s a small, local place, and we’re just doing our best to provide a service to the community along Cumbum Road without making things more complicated than they need to be.
