We’re located over in Thirumangalam, specifically at 19/1 Chinnamani Street in Pudhu Nagar. Being in Madurai, it gets pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and coolers are working for everyone. The hospital is a multi-speciality setup, so we have different areas for different needs. It’s a practical building. We haven’t spent money on fancy paintings or expensive rugs. The floors are easy to clean and the walls are a simple color. There’s usually a bit of a buzz in the hallways with nurses moving around and families talking. Chinnamani Street is a busy little spot. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Our staff is mostly from around here, so they speak the local language and know the shortcuts to avoid traffic. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just try to be helpful and get the medical work done correctly. Some days are long and tiring, but that’s the nature of a hospital. We open the gates in the morning and we’re here until the shift ends. It’s just a straightforward place for healthcare in Pudhu Nagar. No frills, just the usual hospital life. You might see us grabbing tea at the shop down the street during a break. We're just people doing a job. The sign outside is a little faded, but everyone knows where we are.
