We operate from Sundari Raja Street in Rajapalayam. Our building is number 2/88. It’s a local street where most of the neighbors know each other. Working here in Tamil Nadu means we have to deal with the heat every day, but we have a good setup. Most of our work involves managing the logistics and making sure our products get where they need to go. We don't have a team of people in suits. It’s just a handful of us in the office, handling the paperwork and answering the phone when it rings. Sometimes the connection is bad, or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We spend a lot of time checking the orders and making sure the numbers in the books match up with what’s in the warehouse. It’s a straightforward business without any hidden layers. People around here know us as a place that just does its job. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Our desks are old but they work fine for what we need. The floor gets a bit dusty because the doors are usually open to let a breeze in. We take our tea breaks together and then get back to the tasks at hand. It’s a regular routine that we’ve been following for a long time now, and it seems to work for everyone involved without any drama or complicated procedures.
