Sri Ganapathi Construction

Our company, Sri Ganapathi Construction, is located at 10/C, Ismailpuram 8th Street in Madurai. Tamil Nadu is a place where it stays hot for most of the year, and Madurai is no exception to that rule. We are usually out on site by the time the sun is coming up. Being in construction means our hands are always a bit dirty and we are usually thinking about things like cement, bricks, and sand. The office on 8th Street is where we keep our tools and handle the bits of paperwork that come with every job. It is a narrow street, so it can be a bit tricky when we are trying to load up the truck or unload supplies in the morning. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to finish the project we are working on so we can move to the next one. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who have seen our name on a board or heard about us from a friend. We take our breaks at the local tea stall and talk about the weather or how the local cricket team is doing. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is what we know. The work is hard on the back, but seeing a wall go up straight is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
