Our office is located at No 8, Sonaiya Complex, on the first floor. It's right on Sonaiya Kovil Street in the Narimedu area of Madurai. Being on the first floor means people have to climb the stairs, which some complain about, but it’s a good spot. Sri Deebanandhini Chit Fund Private Limited is a local business through and through. Madurai is a busy city, and Narimedu has its own rhythm. We handle chits for all kinds of people, from small shop owners to housewives. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and people talking. We don't have fancy partitions or glass walls. Just some desks pushed together. It gets a bit messy with all the ledgers and receipts, but we know where everything is. We spend our days counting money and updating the records. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it's important for the folks who save with us. We have tea together in the mornings before we open up.
