Sagar Brush Industries

Out here in Maravankulam Village, things move a bit slower than in the city. Sagar Brush Industries is sitting right at Plot No. 81/13 on Madurai Road. If you’re driving by Tirumangalam, you might spot our building. We make brushes. It’s what we know. There isn’t much to say beyond that. The village is a good place to be, though the commute can be a bit long for some of us coming from Madurai town. We have a solid group of workers from around the area. The workshop is organized but looks like a place where real work happens, with bits of fiber and wood everywhere. We don’t have an HR department or a PR person. If someone needs something, they just walk into the main office and ask. We deal with suppliers and handle the shipping ourselves. It's a lot of manual work, especially when the orders are big. The weather out here affects our schedule sometimes, especially during the heavy rains when the roads get muddy. But mostly, it’s just the same routine every day. We start early and finish when the sun goes down. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just make sure the brushes are put together right and sent out on time. It’s a practical business for practical people. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. There is always more to be done.
