Our office is tucked away at C 35 in the Shanthi Nikethan Apartment complex in Anna Nagar. Being near the Ambika Theatre is a big help because almost everyone in Madurai knows where that is. We use this apartment as our main workspace for handling all the building and association work we do. It is not a typical office with a storefront, so it feels more like a home environment. We spend a lot of our time looking over documents and meeting with people who need help with their property matters. Anna Nagar is a busy area, but once you get inside the apartment building, it is much quieter. We have been here for a good while and have gotten to know the neighborhood quite well. We don't have any big speeches or sales pitches for people who come to see us. Usually, we just sit down, have a cup of tea, and talk about whatever needs to be done. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. Our desks are often piled with folders and maps of the local area. We prefer this simple setup because it keeps us focused on the tasks we have to finish. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth, which is fine by us. We just stay here in Shanthi Nikethan and keep working on the projects that come through the door without any extra flash.
