Abirami Exports

If you’re heading down Kamarajar Salai, you’ll find us over at 162 / A 3. We are right near the Ganesh Theatre, which is how most people find their way here. Having the Reliance nearby also makes it easy for the trucks and deliveries to spot us without getting lost. Abirami Exports has been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially when a movie is letting out or during the evening rush. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the orders and making sure everything is packed up for transport. The floors are concrete and the fans are always running because it gets quite warm in the afternoons here. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights, just the address on the door and some boxes piled up. People know us as the place near the theatre. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time now. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we move things around. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a lot of material comes in at once, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s not the quietest spot in town, but being on Kamarajar Salai means we’re right in the middle of things. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss or delay as we work through the pile of things to do.
