We are located in Madurai, specifically in the Thirupparan Kundrum area on Chidambaranar Street. Our office is at 170A in Balaji Nagar. It’s a typical Madurai neighborhood, quite lively and with a lot of history nearby. We handle contracting and construction work from this small base. It’s mostly just a place where we keep our tools and paperwork when we aren't out at a project site. The street can get a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate firm with a glass tower. We are just local people working on building projects around the city and the surrounding areas. Some days are busier than others, especially when we are trying to finish a job before the heavy rains start. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and plans lying around. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We know the people in Balaji Nagar and they know us. We try to be helpful when someone asks about a renovation or a new build. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Madurai community. We don't have fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come by or call us on the phone. That’s how we’ve always done things here. It's hot during the day, so the ceiling fans are always spinning while we work through our lists.
