Ravi Gems & Minerals

We are located at 115/123-B in Kennady Nagar, which is where Ravi Gems & Minerals has been for a while. The shop is filled with all sorts of stones and rocks we’ve collected. It’s a bit of a dusty place because of what we deal with, but that’s just part of the job. We spend a lot of time sorting through things, looking at different pieces that come in. Some days are slow and we just sit there cleaning the glass cases or rearranging the shelves. Other days, we have people coming in asking about specific types of minerals they saw somewhere else. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our way around the stuff we have in stock. The building itself is older, and the lighting isn’t always the best, but it works for what we need. Kennady Nagar is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a pain if you come at the wrong time. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the inventory. Sometimes we find something really interesting at the bottom of a crate that we forgot was there. It’s a small operation, mostly family run. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop. People come by when they need something specific or just want to see what’s new in the bins. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is kept. Usually we find it eventually.
