Ramya Neuro Hospital

Ramya Neuro Hospital is situated over at LIG 169 on Lake View Road in K K Nagar. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main market, which is nice because neuro patients usually need a bit of peace. The view of the lake isn’t quite what it used to be years ago, but you can still catch a breeze if you’re standing in the right spot. I’ve lived in K K Nagar for a long time, so opening the hospital here felt like the right move. We handle a lot of complicated head and nerve stuff, but we aren't a cold, clinical kind of place. The walls are a simple off-white, and we have some old magazines in the waiting area that people actually read. It’s a two-story building and sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep at the end of a long shift. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years. We know each other’s families and how we like our tea. It isn't a massive institution with thousands of beds. We know our patients by their faces, not just their file numbers. Sometimes the power goes out and the generator kicks in with a loud thump, but that’s just part of life here. We just focus on getting people back on their feet so they can go home to their families in the neighborhood.
