Out here in Viraganur, life moves at a different pace than the main city center. Our place is on East Street, number 2/45, and it has been the base for Rajeshwari Tours & Travels for quite some time. We are tucked away a bit, but locals in the 625009 area know where to find us. Usually, there is a lot of dust from the road and children playing nearby while we sit and figure out the travel schedules for the week. It is a family-run kind of thing where everyone pitches in. If the phone rings, someone picks it up, whether they are busy with lunch or not. We handle a lot of requests for local weddings or people needing to get into Madurai city for work or errands. The vehicles are parked nearby, and we spend our mornings making sure they are clean and have enough fuel. It is simple work, really. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a logbook to write down who is going where. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains heavy and the streets get muddy, but we manage to keep the trips going.
