Rajapandi Travels

Our place is on West Masi Street, tucked into Mohamadhiar Lane. It is No 14/12 if you are looking for the number on the door. It is pretty easy to find because we are right near the Meenakshi Fan House. That landmark helps a lot of people find us when they get lost in the narrow streets around here. Rajapandi Travels has been operating out of this small space for quite a while now. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling phone calls and writing things down in our ledgers. It gets quite loud with all the fans going during the summer months. There is always someone walking past the window, usually headed towards the main temple area or looking for electronics. We see a lot of the same faces every day. The office isn't modern or polished. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Usually, there is a tea glass sitting on a desk somewhere. We focus on getting the drivers ready and making sure the keys are where they should be. It is a bit of a scramble sometimes when things get busy all at once. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a travel group working out of a busy corner of Madurai. We have been part of this street for years and we know the rhythms of the lane well.
