Our base is in Anna Nagar at East Vaigai Colony. Number 172 is where we are, right across from Manmark. It is a busy part of Madurai, and we’ve been in this spot for a good while. We handle civil work and interior projects. Basically, we help people build the structure and then finish the inside so it’s ready to live or work in. It’s a small team here, so you usually end up talking to the same couple of people every time. We aren't big on corporate talk or anything like that. We just prefer to get the work done. The office is usually full of tile samples, wood swatches, and building plans. It can get a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy with multiple projects. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our jobs come from people seeing our work in other houses or offices. We try to be practical and honest about what we can do. Sometimes materials are hard to find or prices go up, and we just tell our clients how it is. We aren't the biggest firm in Madurai, but we’ve been around long enough to know the local suppliers and how to get things done. If you're in the Anna Nagar area, you can easily find us. We are just a local group trying to do a decent job on every project we take on. We just stay busy with the work.
